Basketball is a game that instills the value of determination and perseverance in achieving success in its players. For a student, these traits are essential to handle challenging tasks and difficult situations in and outside academic life.
Volleyball- The activities required when playing volleyball strengthen the upper body, arms, shoulders, thighs, abdominals, and lower legs. In addition, volleyball improves hand-eye coordination, reflexes, and balance. Volleyball teaches teamwork and communication and is a great social activity.
Badminton- One among the important benefits of playing badminton is that it boosts up the muscle strength making one strong and fit. The continuous movements from here to there build up muscle mass, as well as tone them up into perfect structure. It boosts up core muscles, calves, quads and hamstrings. The sheer swift nature of the game involving running, leaping and jumping burns more calories and improves cardiovascular health in a large way.
Kho-Kho- Playing Kho-Kho keeps children well, strong, motivated, enthusiastic and young. It helps in better coordination and flexibility. Kho-Kho helps the children to take off depression, anxiety, stress, and increase self-esteem. It develops team spirit and leadership skills.

PT- Physical fitness is the key ingredient for a healthy lifestyle. This is why physical education is an important element. Physical education plays a key role in the development of a student’s life. This is because of the fact students who participate in physical activities are always happier and healthier than those students that spend all their time studying. It has been a known fact that physical activities help in providing more oxygen to the heart and brain and allows the body to maintain a balance between physical and mental health.
Our children start the day with morning PT at 7:30 A.M.

A qualified Yoga instructor conducts daily morning yoga classes to improve eyesight, memory and concentration. Every morning students attend Yoga class for breathing exercises and Surya-namaskars.
